About Dr. David Fischer
Dr. David Fischer grew up in Wisconsin, and after shadowing his family dentist in high school, he knew he wanted to be an oral surgeon. He was always interested in science and art and felt that oral surgery was a good mix of the two. He was the first in his family to go to college, and he had several great mentors there who encouraged him to pursue oral surgery. After experiencing the many dental specialties during dental school, he felt that oral surgery was indeed a good fit.
Dr. Fischer enjoys the artistry of creating a harmonized face, smile and bite for patients. He loves being able to solve patients’ problems and offers in-depth explanations to help patients feel as informed and comfortable as possible during treatment. Dr. Fischer practices in all areas of oral and maxillofacial surgery with an emphasis in implant surgery, orthognathic/corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma and office anesthesia.
